Villa 86

Villa 86 is the first property algarvia rented out, and remains the favourite. Though an older style villa, it's location, situated close to the quieter, top end of The Strip, makes it very popular. It is also priced at the same rate as an apartment, so represents excellent value. The well kept garden and superb pool are also a special feature. The villa has 7 bedrooms and can sleep 14 easily. It is divided into three seperate apartments, a T1 (one bedroom), a T2 (two bedroom) and a T4 (four bedroom), all with their own entrances and facilities.

Most bedrooms are provided with twin beds, although there is one double bedroom in the T4.

Artur Semedo, the owner, can arrange transfers from and to Faro airport for a small charge. He can only transport 4 persons so a different price will apply to larger parties.

Being so close to the Strip, where so many bars and restaurants are located, there is no real need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield. algarvia can arrange discounted car hire for you, even if you decide once at the resort.
